Job Air Technic, a rapidly growing Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) provider, is expanding its capabilities with innovative strategies in Artificial intelligence (AI), employee development, and global market expansion.
Founded in 1993, Job Air Technic is a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 and FAA Part 145 approved maintenance organization and an EASA Part 147 approved training organization, with the maintenance capabilities to service both Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
In an interview with AeroTime, Job Air’s Chief Business Development Officer, Ojciec Mateusz, and Chief Operating Officer, Kaspars Podins, discussed how the company has been digitalizing its operations, including introducing tools such as its in-house AI-powered platform designed to streamline maintenance planning. This technology helps optimize decision-making and reduce workloads, a growing trend in the MRO sector.
Mateusz and Podins also talked about the company’s focus on employee growth, partnering with universities and offering in-house certifications to attract and retain talent. The company also prioritizes internal promotions, allowing mechanics and staff to advance into leadership roles.
Looking ahead, Mateusz and Podins also discussed plans to expand geographically and add new capabilities, including expanding its widebody maintenance capabilities and new-generation engine servicing. With increasing demand for long-term maintenance bookings and an active presence at industry events, Job Air Technic is positioning itself for continued growth and leadership in the aviation and MRO industry.
