Thai SmartLynx, formerly BBN Airlines Thailand and part of Avia Solutions Group (ASG), has selected TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 platform to manage safety, quality, and risk as it prepares to launch operations in early 2025. The airline is set to become Thailand’s first ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) provider, using Airbus A320s to support the country’s growing tourism market.
TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 platform will provide Thai SmartLynx with tools to manage safety, compliance, and operational risk in real-time. The system includes modules for Safety, Compliance, Risk, Training, Workflows, and Regulations, designed to help the airline meet regulatory standards and improve operational efficiency. The Regulations and Workflows modules will notify the airline of any regulatory changes, allowing for timely action to maintain compliance.
CEO of Thai SmartLynx, Apirak Homlaor, emphasized TrustFlight’s ability to offer real-time operational management, allowing teams to remain connected and responsive to the aviation industry’s dynamic changes.
“Far more than enabling seamless safety and quality management, TrustFlight’s prowess as a real-time operational management system ensures our teams remain connected, in real-time, as we respond to dynamic changes synonymous with the aviation industry,” Homlaor commented.
