Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has been named the World’s Leading Cabin Crew at the 2024 World Travel Awards in Madeira, Portugal.

This is the fifth consecutive year that the Brunei flag carrier has won the title.

The award was presented at the Grand Final Gala ceremony at the Savoy Palace, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal on November 24, 2024.

“Our cabin crew are the heart of Royal Brunei Airlines, and this award reflects their exceptional talent, professionalism, and passion,” Royal Brunei Airlines CEO Captain Sabirin Hj Abd Hamid said in a statement.

“This honour belongs to every member of our cabin crew team who works tirelessly to deliver a service that is both world-class and uniquely Bruneian,” said Audrey Keasberry, Royal Brunei’s Manager of Cabin Crew, who accepted the award on the behalf of the airline.

“Winning this award for the fifth consecutive year, a few days after celebrating RB’s 50th Anniversary, is a testament to the sincerity, dedication, and excellence Royal Brunei Airlines stands for. We proudly represent Brunei Darussalam globally, showcasing the best of our nation’s hospitality,” Keasberry added.
