Qatar Airways has unveiled the new livery on one of its Boeing B777 aircraft, featuring the branding of football club Paris Saint-Germain.
The airline is kicking off the new football season with the livery, and celebrating another year of partnership between Qatar Airways and Paris Saint-Germain.
The partnership includes Qatar Airways Holidays offering PSG fans flexible packages to attend matches, and also provides options for match tickets, flights, accommodation, among other offerings.
The Doha-based airline has been the official airline partner of Paris Saint-Germain since 2020, and was announced as the new official jersey partner for the French football champions in a multi-year partnership, starting from the 2022/23 season.
Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, has been Paris Saint-Germain’s owner since 2011 through Qatar Sports Investments (QSI).
QSI acquired a majority stake in June 2011 and then became the club’s sole owner in March 2012.
