Luxair orders up to four Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft

European regional carrier Luxair placed an order for two Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft with options for two more.

“The purchase of the 737-10 is another step towards Luxair positioning for its future with the investment in the latest airplane technology that will support Luxair’s growth plans and the decarbonization of our fleet,” said Gilles Feith, Luxair CEO.

Luxair’s regional fleet consists of 21 aircraft, with two leased 737-8s and eight Next-Gen 737s.

National Airlines orders four Boeing 777 freighters

US cargo carrier National Airlines placed its first order for four Boeing 777 Freighters.

“The order affirms our fleet growth plan as we enter into the next chapter of National,” said Christopher Alf, chairman of National Airlines. “We sincerely appreciate the support by Boeing and all its associated teams in this journey ahead.”

The company currently operates a fleet of nine 747-400s.

Widerøe orders two Dash 8-400 from De Havilland Canada

De Havilland Aircraft announced that Widerøe signed a purchase agreement for two DHC OEM Certified Refurbished Dash 8-400 aircraft.

“Wideroe is one of our long-term customers and we are thrilled to announce their purchase of two DHC OEM Certified Refurbished Aircraft,” said Ryan DeBrusk, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for De Havilland Canada.
