German eVTOL company Lilium announced a major managerial reshuffling, with the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) changing hands in one go.

Oliver Vogelgesang has been appointed CFO and Sebastien Borel will take on the position of CCO.

Vogelgesang, who is replacing Geoffrey Richardson as CFO, was until now SVP Finance & Controlling, while Borel, the new CCO, had been occupying the position of SVP Commercial since mid-2022.

The two new C-suite executives have both been at Lilium since 2021 and are veterans of Airbus and the aerospace industry.

Last November, Nasdaq-listed Lilium closed an additional $119M funding round to continue developing its electrically powered eVTOL aircraft.
