Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO) has signed a line maintenance contract with Loong Air.
Under the agreement, HAECO will provide a range of line maintenance services for Loong Air’s aircraft, such as Certificate of Release to Service, technical and non-technical transits, cleaning, and ground solutions.
These services will be provided to Loong Air’s Airbus A319, A320ceo, A320neo and A321neo aircraft at Hong Kong International Airport (HKG).
“This contract highlights our capabilities in providing top-notch line maintenance services and reinforces our position as a trusted MRO partner for airlines worldwide,” Gerald Steinhoff, CCO of HAECO, commented in a press release.
HAECO Group is one of the largest aircraft engineering and maintenance service providers. In January, 2023, HAECO announced plans to build the world’s largest single-span aircraft maintenance hangar at Xiamen Xiang’an International Airport (XMN) in China. 18 new buildings will be built to cater to apron engineering, engine test bays, utility tunnel, aviation fuel supply, and other outdoor works.
