Gulfstream IV carrying famous comedian skids off runway in North Carolina: Video

A Gulfstream IV twinjet, carrying comedian Gabriel Iglesias, overshot the runway and came to a halt in a field in North Carolina on June 30, 2023.

Following the incident, the comedian took to social media to share a video, assuring that all passengers were unharmed but understandably shaken.

According to TMZ, there were a total of six passengers, two pilots, and two chihuahuas on board.

In a separate post on Instagram, Iglesias expressed gratitude towards the pilots for their efforts in safely landing the aircraft, acknowledging that the outcome could have been much worse.

FlightAware database records indicate that an aircraft with the tail number N924MB departed from Albertville Regional Airport and landed at Western Carolina Regional Airport on June 30, 2023.

The Cherokee County Office of the Sheriff stated in a statement to The Post that the aircraft experienced difficulty coming to a stop for reasons yet to be determined, resulting in a slide of approximately 600 feet off the end of the runway.
