As international borders around the Asia Pacific region start to relax, Singapore is extending its Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) to 5 new cities:

Hong Kong – starting February 25, 2022

Manila – starting March 4, 2022

Phuket – starting March 4, 2022

Dubai – starting February 24, 2022

New York – starting March 27, 2022

Meanwhile, those who are from Singapore can travel to VTL countries without quarantine provided they meet each VTL country’s specific requirements.
In late December 2021, at the height of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, Singapore suspended the sale of VTL tickets.
The announcement of additional VTL countries came as the Singapore Airshow, one of the most attended aviation networking events which was quieter than usual this year, concluded on the 18th of February 2022.
