Airbus has released images of Air Belgium’s first Airbus A330neo aircraft livery. Air Belgium is planning to introduce the first A330neo for commercial services in October 2021.

According to Air Belgium, two upcoming Airbus A330-900s will gradually replace its existing fleet of two Airbus A340 aircraft. The first Airbus A330-900 aircraft will fly from Brussels Airport (BRU) to Mauritius Airport (MRU) on October 15, 2021. The second Air Belgium’s A330 is set to be delivered by the end of November 2021.

With the A330neos customers will directly benefit from even greater comfort and superior service on board, while reducing our environmental impact by 25%” said Niky Terzakis, CEO of Air Belgium.
Air Belgium’s Trent-powered Airbus A330neo aircraft is configured in three classes (Economy, Business, and Premium) and can accommodate 286 passengers. The airliner has a range of 14,816 kilometers, and the capability to reach a speed of 918 kilometers per hour.
