Aviator Airport Alliance has announced that on June 1, 2021, the company has reopened both business lounges located at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). Following some positive signs of recovery, and upcoming events taking place in Denmark, the lounges welcome customers while maintaining all health and safety precautions.
“The reopening of Aviator lounges at CPH is a positive sign, not only for the ground handling arm, but the whole Avia Solutions Group family of companies. Having felt the sudden impact of the pandemic at the beginning of 2020, seeing the first signs of recovery is the sight we have all been waiting almost 1.5 years for. As businesses worldwide will continue to reopen, and travel demand picks up in both executive and tourist sectors, the addition of two great places for relaxation and dining at Copenhagen Airport will nicely complement the journeys taken by every traveller,” – commented Vygaudas Usackas, Aviator’s Chairman of the Board.
The Commercial Director of Aviator Relaxium, Casper Olhoff Dons, also added: “The pandemic has been tough for all players in the aviation industry. We are no exception to that, but I and the teams at Aviator Relaxium are tremendously happy to have reopened the lounges even after such a long period. The two products we offer: The Aviator Apartment Business Lounge and The Carlsberg Aviator Lounge are fully ready for operations after the implementation of new guidelines for our employees to ensure that our customers enjoy a safe and pleasant stay at our lounges.”
The Carlsberg Aviator Lounge was created and designed for those who enjoy good taste and are keen to experience Danish cuisine. The new lounge allows customers to relax in a unique Danish wood design environment while enjoying a selection of fine foods from the traditional Danish ‘smørrebrød’ accompanied by Carlsberg.
The Aviator Apartment Business Lounge is a stylish and exclusive business lounge where clients can relax or focus on work without any distractions. The spacious environment is furnished with the very best of classic and modern Danish interior design pieces, creating an aura conducive to a modern and productive working environment. The lounge also includes a buffet offering a plentiful variety of foods from Denmark and around the world.
“We are thrilled to hear about the reopening of Aviator lounges, which are popular among customers departing or connecting through Terminal 2. Copenhagen airport is always striving to improve and offer our customers a variety of choices when it comes to entertainment and dining. Having partners like Aviator allows us to position ourselves as an airport for everyone, no matter whether it is a tourist or business traveller, everyone will find a place to enjoy their stay at Copenhagen Airport,” – added Peter Krogsgaard, Chief Commercial Officer at CPH airport.
