Qatar Airways began its services to Seattle, United States operating the Boeing 777 aircraft on January 29, 2021.
Qatar Airways Boeing 777, registered as A7-BEG, performing inaugural flight QR719 to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) departed from Hamad International Airport (DOH) at 8:34AM, and is scheduled to land at 11:20PM, according to Flightradar24.com data.
Seattle marks the airline’s 11th American destination, surpassing the number of US routes it operated before the COVID-19 pandemic. The four weekly flights to Seattle will be operated by Boeing 777 aircraft, featuring 42 seats in business class and 312 seats in economy class.

“I am honored to celebrate the launch of Qatar Airways flights to yet another US destination – operated on US-made Boeing aircraft. This new route will open doors for more tourism, business, and education opportunities,” Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Doha, Ambassador Greta C. Holtz, said.
Qatar Airways says it currently operates over 800 weekly flights to more than 120 destinations. The airline also has plans to fly to over 130 destinations by the end of March 2021.
